To help you stay focused on what matters most, Heins offers four conference rooms, each comfortably fitting up to 20 people. Need more space? No problem! Heins’ largest conference room, ‘Flötepiepen,’ can host up to 80 people and can easily be divided into two smaller rooms — or combined again for even more space!

Our largest conference room, spanning around 161 m², offers space for up to 80 people and is ideal for larger events. Whether it’s professional talks, conferences, or panel discussions, ‘Flötepiepen’ impresses with its generous space, panoramic views, and plenty of natural daylight
Technical equipment includes: screen, projector, flipchart + facilitator kit, additional flipcharts, bulletin boards, and a podium.

Heins is a true Bielefeld original — 100% Westphalian. That’s why you might stumble upon some terms or room names that are new to you. Keep your eyes peeled!
Don’t worry—nothing here is “inne Dutten” (a mess), and you’re certainly not “bregenklöterig” (scatterbrained). You’re also not likely to feel “rammdösig” (dazed) or “knülle” (worn out) while reading this. Heins is absolutely “inne Fissen” (on top of things) and just wants to give you a little something to laugh about (“beömmelt euch” = have a laugh). There’s already enough “Gedönsräte” (naysayers) out there grumbling (“rumnölen”) and taking life way too seriously.

Heins trifft is a modern venue for business events in the heart of Bielefeld and is especially well suited to companies from across the Ostwestfalen-Lippe (OWL) region. If you are planning a conference in Bielefeld or looking for meeting rooms for your next event, we are happy to support you from the first enquiry through to the finished concept.
Our event team will then put together an individual concept and get back to you as quickly as possible.

If you do not have the right equipment yourself, we are glad to help with the technical side. That way participants from Bielefeld, the Ostwestfalen-Lippe region and beyond can join without any trouble.
Depending on how the spaces are booked, an event can often still be arranged with around two weeks of lead time.

Private parties are unfortunately not possible at Heins trifft. The venue is deliberately set up for business events, meetings, seminars and workshops.

During the day we distinguish between the half-day package (up to 4 hrs) and the full-day package (from 4 hrs).
